How to order?
Filling out an inquiry form is the easiest way to order and get a quote.. You can also call, text or email.
How long will my balloons last?
Our balloons are durable. If kept under ideal conditions they can last weeks.
Do you take down the installation?
Once the event has ended, the taking down of your arrangement is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us disposing the balloons, this can be offered at an additional charge. Please mention this when you book.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel the services at any time within 10 Days of the event by providing Glitz and Blitz Events with written notice, via email/text.

Deposits
All booking deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. Client’s deposit can be credited to use for another event or other services within one (1) calendar year of the original event date should Client need to cancel.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Our delivery fees are based on the distance of your event.
What type of balloons do you use?
100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. We use the highest quality balloons available.
What if a Balloon pops?
.Although Glitz and Blitz Events solely uses high quality balloons, balloons are subject to weather conditions. Some balloons may deflate sooner than expected. A shaded area is recommended for outdoor events. However, If you believe your balloon was faulty in any way please reach out to us.
When should I book?
We highly recommend securing your booking as early as possible, ideally at least 2 weeks in advanced to ensure availability and proper planning.
Can you accommodate last minute orders?
Yes we can if we have availability. However a rush fee will be charged.
